Your Foundations informs your entire community (coaches, parents and players) with the information that sets up your Club with a strong solid baseline for the most successful possible season head.

But shares and represents what the standards of your club when it comes to in girls in sport are.

The Foundations consists of the following:

A short meeting (over the phone or in person) with a club member/s discussing their club vision and values (as well as support systems) so they can implement them and can be reiterated to the rest of the club in the sessions.

The Foundation Package includes two in person sessions at your club to:

Coaches

Educate coaches with all the new scientific sports research in ways girls are different physically and mentally than boys when it has to training, retention and performance.

Including strategies, they can implement into their trainings, games and season to help build girl centric development pathways and improve retention.

As well as discussing the club values and strategies are there to help/support coaches throughout their coaching year.

Parents

Parents play a vital role in their child’s game and performance. However, what they think might be being supportive and proactive can actually be the opposite.

In this session we educate them on all the scientific research as to what isn’t helpful to their child’s soccer year and why?

And the things they can actually do that is extremely proactive that coaches and clubs cannot do.

To ensure their child not only stays in the sport but also reaches their full potential.

Players

How strong your team is off the field is just as important as how are they are on. And can be a major contributor to development potential as well as success. We talk about how individuality is important, the impact of negativity and ways in which they can become a strong cohesive team which will help them in all areas in the season ahead.
